With over a decade of experience working in design and marketing, Michael has the creative knowledge and understanding of how businesses succeed through innovation and strategic marketing. Having worked with fortune 500 companies and successful startups within the B2B market and entertainment industry, Michael brings a world of experience to VigorFish customers.

Prior to founding VigorFish, Michael was Web Marketing Manager for Thomson Elite. He was part of a team that guided the company’s web growth and expansion from concept to over 50 thousand unique visitors per month, with high conversion rates. In addition to helping Thomson Elite establish a strong and successful web presence, Michael played a key role working with Broadcaster.com as a Senior Product Designer - helping the start-up establish its brand and various web products.

Justin's background in business and technology helps ensure that the customer's business goals are met with each project and strategy. His background in business extends over 15 years. As an owner and operator of many businesses, Justin understands the challenges that every business faces.

Justin helped Tredent redevelop their business model in an environment where computer hardware was becoming commoditized. Today, Tredent Data Systems, Inc. is a thriving service based business that delivers network solutions to businesses across the United States.

CEO/Owner of ProActive Network Solutions, Inc., a provider of web based network monitoring and management services. Justin developed a suite of web based tools to help businesses cost effectively manage and monitor their critical network components for maximizing up-time and trend analysis.
